Mini-bio
Jean Reidy is a rhythm-less dancing queen, a cackling karaoke contestant and an elite marathon runner in the Couch Potato Category. She's been told that a naughty little kid lurks within her. And with those credentials she could only be a freelance writer and children's author. Her articles have appeared in over fifty publications including FAMILYFUN, THE CHRISTIAN SCIENCE MONITOR, THE WRITER,  and THE DENVER POST. Jean's books include THERE'S A CORNER IN MY HOUSE (Hyperion, TBD) MY OWN LITTLE PIECE OF THE UNIVERSE (Hyperion, 2011), TOO PURPLEY!  and TOO PICKLEY! (both Bloomsbury, 2010). She is represented by Erin Murphy.
